This site is the most prime development location in the state. River views, access to parks and bikeways with a train station, the performing arts complex, South Bank and the casino minutes away. Even Lang Park is just over the river. Oh la la.
Brisbane’s remaining inner-city industrial land was rapidly disappearing.
South Brisbane is a choice place to live. I suspect this development will be a roaring success. The only issue I can foresee is finding a school if you have kids.

Olympic swimmers Mark Stockwell and Tracy Caulkins have acquired Brisbane's historic Parmalat dairy factory site and plan to transform it into a mixed-use precinct with residential towers, hotels, and entertainment spaces ahead of the 2032 Olympics. The couple hopes to secure skateboarding and sport climbing events for the venue and create a "Beer Mile" connecting South Bank to Suncorp Stadium.
