During a 60 Minutes interview, President Trump became angry when correspondent Norah O'Donnell quoted from an alleged manifesto by a suspect who attempted to breach the White House Correspondents' Association dinner, denying accusations of sexual misconduct included in the document. Trump criticized O'Donnell for reading the manifesto excerpt, calling her "horrible" and "disgraceful," while asserting he had been "totally exonerated" of wrongdoing.

In two separate civil cases, juries found Donald Trump liable for sexually abusing and defaming columnist E. Jean Carroll, awarding a total of over $88 million in damages.
