It seems the same problems in the UK are affecting Australia. I got a pamphlet in the mail from my local member in Logan City, Queensland. His stated main concern is addressing the cost of living crisis. The Labor government are trying a few things on the edges but the issue is difficult to address head on. I haven't seen anyone anywhere in the world explain how to tackle the problem fully.
I don't think bills and prices will be coming down. Inflation will likely increase in the short term.
